All sales are considered final. In the event of a damaged product, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and upon inspection, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Please note that once a purchase is placed, cancellations are not accepted. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, though minor variations may occur due to the nature of custom 3D printing.
